Reggie Cruz and his family can’t wait to become part of the Donnybrae community. Having recently secured a lot within Stage 15, they have finally found their own peaceful place in Melbourne’s outer north to call home.

Community groups – get a boost from the Donnybrae Community Fund!

The 2022 Donnybrae Community Fund is now open, and local not-for-profit groups in the Donnybrook area are invited to apply for a financial grant of $1,500 to support their local community project.

Now in its 20th year of successfully operating Community Funds across its residential developments in both Victoria and Queensland, Dennis Family Corporation has distributed more than $950,000 in grants during this time.

We know an important factor for many families deciding where to build their forever home, is the ability to access great schools in their local area.

So we are delighted to see the new State Government funded Primary School, currently named Hayes Hill Primary School, well and truly taking shape minutes from Donnybrae at 145 Olivine Boulevard, Donnybrook.

So, you’re planning on buying, and maybe building, a house. One of the first and most important factors to consider when you embark on your new home journey is the location and neighbourhood where you’ll ultimately be living.
