The Summertimes - Snakes Love Summer Too
With the warmer months quickly approaching and spring in the air, snakes do become more active. Anyone who encounters a snake is advised to:
- Be aware, alert and do not approach a snake.
- Safely remove any people or pets from the area where the snake was sighted.
- Do not try to capture the snake.
- Contact the DSE on 136 186 to report and receive information about relocating native snakes
