Planning permit approval

Great news! The planning permit for Donnybrae has been approved, construction is due to commence in early August.
The first stages to be constructed will be Stages 1 -3 with stages 4 & 5 to commence shortly thereafter. Titles expected in mid 2019. Soon after purchasers receive their land titles, we’ll see homes being built and the Donnybrae community will flourish.
