Construction is underway

Civil contractors have moved in and the Donnybrae community is underway! We are pleased to announce that the works will initially focus on the entry at Willaroy Boulevard which will feature 3 rows of mature London Plane trees, creating a tree lined boulevard to the playground in Stage 4.

Initially earthworks in Stages 1 to 3 will focus on the installation of sewers and drainage before moving onto construction of the estate’s roads.  It is anticipated that works will be finished late in the third quarter of 2019 with titles delivered by the end of the third quarter.

The Donnybrae Operations Team is currently working the relevant local authorities to obtain approvals to commence civil works in Stage 4 to 6.
