It’s been just over six months since the launch of Donnybrae estate, and Natalie Amore and Rob Polec have settled into their new roles as Sales Consultants at the estate’s Land Sales Centre.
Both agree that Donnybrae’s position as a boutique 800-lot estate in Melbourne’s northern growth corridor is quite unique and appeals to people who are looking for a quieter environment.
“We are surrounded by large estates with facilities like schools and shopping centres and, as a result, high traffic flows and long construction timelines,” Natalie explains.
“People who choose to build at Donnybrae will have easy access to these services, but can still enjoy the peace and quiet that comes with living in a low-traffic community.”
Natalie has lived in the northern suburbs of Melbourne most of her life and says her local knowledge has come in very handy.
“I know the northern growth corridor really well and have a good understanding of the transport links to the city and surrounding areas,” she explains.
“My background in house and land sales has given me the skills to help people identify their needs and work out how they can achieve the dream of building their own home within their budget.”
Rob sees Donnybrae’s proximity to Donnybrook station as a game changer for many people who are considering buying a block of land in the area.
“Residents will step out the door of their new home at Donnybrae, walk along a pleasant shared pathway to the station where they can catch a comfortable V-Line train to the city in under 45 minutes,” says Rob.
“Now, that’s a service that many people who live much closer to the CBD do not have access to.”
