The Buying Process - Step 8 - Settlement

Through out the construction phases, you will be issued with letters from our conveyancing team providing updates on construction and when settlements will occur.  Of course, Cheryl and Vesna are always there to assist, answer any questions and provide guidance.

At settlement you will need to have your finance approved, so make sure you have this confirmed closer to your settlement date. You’ll receive a land title document at settlement and now you can start building your home.
